Blackberry Whiskey Bramble
Ingredients
- 2 oz Treecraft Whiskey
- 1/4 oz Blackberry Puree
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (1 Part sugar to 1 Part H2O)
- 1-3/4 oz Club Soda
Instructions
- Fill a Highball glass with ice
- Pour Treecraft Whiskey, Blackberry Puree, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup
- Stir your cocktail by pouring it back and forth between two glasses
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh Blackberry
The Trees knees Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Treecraft Lavender hibiscus Gin
- 3/4 Ounces Fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 Ounce Honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice
- Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail Glass
- Garnish with lemon Twist
The Red Snapper
Ingredients
- 2 Pinches Celery Salt
- 2 Pinches Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Ounces Treecraft London Dry Style Gin
- 4 Ounces tomato Juice
- 1 / 2 Ounce Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 6 Dashes Tabasco
- 4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Dashes Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
Instructions
- Pour Salt&Pepper on to a small plate
- Rub the juicy side of a lime wedge along the lip of a glass Rim the glass with salt & pepper
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add the remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice
- shake until chilled
- Strain into a glass and garnish with celery and lime wedge.
French 75 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 / 2 ounces lemon Juice
- 1 / 2 ounces of Simple syrup
- 1 Ounce of Treecraft Earl Grey Gin
- 3 Ounces of Champagne
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the champagne to a shaker.
- Fill with ice Shake Well Strain into a champagne Flute
- Add Champagne
Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 1 / 2 Ounce Lime Juice
- 2 Ounces Treecraft Vodka
- 6 Ounces Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Squeeze Lime Juice into a Collins Glass (Or Moscow Mule Mug)
- Drop in the spent shell
- Add 2 or 3 Ice Cubes
- Pour in Treecraft Vodka
- Add Cold Ginger Beer
The Ginger Whiskey Smash
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Treecraft Whiskey
- 3/4 Ounces ginger syrup
- 1 / 2 Lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 Mint Leaves
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle lemon with mint
- Add ginger syrup and whiskey
- Shake with ice Strain into an ice filled rocks glass
- Garnish with mint and lemon
